At the water, you will find room to fish, sunbathe, swim, or just unwind. Just outside the secluded cove is a large bay away from the main channel, perfect for water activities. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby Little Milligan boat ramp or rent a boat from a local marina and keep it docked in the boat slip during your stay. At the fire pit, kick back in the Adirondack chairs and roast s'mores, enjoy a picnic, or play some corn hole. Continue the fun after sunset when the string lights illuminate the backyard and dock and walkway into the evening hours.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Your hosts Christie and Donaven both agree, there is no better place to be than on Watauga Lake in the Cherokee National Forest. Donaven is a Realtor and the proud dad of two young adults, a daughter Ella at ETSU, and a son D, a junior in high school. Christie is an 8th grade ELA teacher at Hampton Elementary School. The entire family loves to ride bikes, hike, spend time on the golf range, shoot skeet, jet ski, boat, swim and hang out on the lake or sit out by a campfire.
