The space

On the private dock find kayaks, canoe, SUP paddle board, and paddle boat. There is also room to fish, sunbathe, swim, or just unwind. Just outside the little cove is a large bay away from the main channel, perfect for water activities. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp or rent from a local marina and keep it tied up at your private dock. At the fire pit, kick back in the Adirondack chairs and roast s'mores, enjoy a picnic or play some corn hole. Continue the fun at sunset when the lights come on in the backyard and on the dock.

At mealtime, outdoor cooking enthusiasts will find a gas grill, griddle, pizza oven, charcoal smoker, and fire pit with cooking grate, while indoors, a cozy kitchen contains many conveniences of home. The downstairs wet bar houses an ice maker, blender, beverage cooler, and ice chest to help keep refreshments handy.

In the house, spread out on Skipping Stones Getaway's three levels. The entire top floor is a retreat in itself with its private deck, balcony chairs and table for two with water view. The retreat continues indoors with a king bed, fireplace, desk, dual head shower, and two person bubbling garden tub. The 2nd floor encompasses an open concept kitchen and living space with fireplace, TV, sleeper sofa, full bath, and 2 guest rooms. Moving outside, find the large wrap around porch with hammock swing, high top dining table, picnic table, porch swing, and swivel gliders. The ground floor features another full bath, den with sleeper sofa, love seat, wet bar, fireplace, TV, game table, and game cabinet, surrounded by more covered decks with gliders, benches, and outdoor furniture. Sonos speakers are on the decks, dock, and in every room for you to enjoy your favorite playlist during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
